Description of problem

While importing applications, .CSV files with same application names , but with leading/trailing space should get rejected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Use the attached .CSV file to import applications. Note that the 1st application is called 'Import-app-7' and the second application is called ' Import-app-7 ' (this has a leading space).

Actual results

Both applications are successfully imported.

Expected results

The applications should get rejected with an appropriate message such as :
Duplicate Application Name within file
