This epic incorporates the stories related to enabling Tackle to manage Custom Migration Targets. The idea for this is to allow Administrators to enable custom migration targets including a set of custom rules, so architects/migrators don't have to specify and upload the same set of custom rules repeatedly across the whole or part of the application portfolio. This would act as an abstraction layer, hiding the complexity or even the need to understand the concept of custom rules for third party migration factories.
