Strange behavior when selecting amount of items per page if changing it being not on the first page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have more then 10 items of some category (for example tag types)
2. Open list of that items and go to the second page
3. Change amount of items per page to 100

Actual result:
User will not see any items, page will be empty with no chance to move to the first page. See the screenshot.

Expected:
User will be forwarded to the very first page of those items list.
