As an Architect I want to be able to import applications and have their Business Service automatically created if it didn't exist previously in the Hub database.

In order to create missing Business Service entities, the system will check for existence, normalizing the following for name matching:

• Spaces, underscores and dashes
• Trim leading and trailing spaces
• Ignore case
