Filtering doesn't show tag types in results, it shows tags only.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Create 2 new tag types
2. Create a tag inside one of them with the name similar to another one
3. Try to filter by name

Expected result:
Both tag and tag type matching search criteria should be shown

Real result:
Only tags are shown, tag types are ignored
