As an Architect/Migrator I want to be able to enable the DiVA analysis.

By default, the DiVA analysis will be disabled. It can be enabled in the CLI by passing the "enableTransactionAnalysis" flag. This should be transparent to the end user, as enabling DiVA should be an advanced option in the analysis configuration.
