Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login as admin
2. Create any Controls >> ex. Tag Type and click on Sorting button

Actual: characters are sorted by their unicode index (uppercase letters come first, spaces come before all letters)

Expected: proper localeCompare and/or trim spaces / lowercase the strings when comparing for sort
