2. Create a new application, fill name and BS and click on create
3. Select app. and Analyze
4. Analysis mode: Upload a local binary >>Set targets >> Scope
Custom Rules >>Add rules: uploaded rules (empty or without rules- files are attached)
Next and Run the analysis

Actual Result: Report is empty
