UI: Analyze button is enabled when the app analysis status is "Scheduled"

      Description of problem:
      Most of the time, right after executing an application analysis and the analysis status is "Scheduled", the Analyze button is enabled and the Application analysis wizard can be opened (screenshot is attached)
