Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as an Architect /admin user
2. Applications > Application imports> Import a application file
3. Import a application with a tags

Two Observation:
1. Tags field shows empty while checking the Application details on dropdown arrow
2. Also observed for Applications random tags are been attached once.
