Description of problem:
After logout/login, the UI is opened on the same page. It is a problem when switching between users that don't have full/same permissions.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in as an admin user
2. Open the Administrator menu
3. Log out
4. Log in as a migrator user

Actual result:
The left side menu is the Administrator menu, and the Application inventory view is displayed for every Administrator option

This is a regression. we had such a bug that was fixed (https://issues.redhat.com/browse/TACKLE-613)
