Found in 2.0.0

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new tag type and New tag here select Tag type
2. Click on edit button for the tags created inside the tag type.

Actual result: Update tag shows the Name and Tag type is empty. Here you again select the same tag type and click on Save
