[Regression]Tags/Tag Type: Creating Tags/Tag Type gives "Ops! Something went wrong."

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Controls-> Create tag or Create tag type
      2. New tag --> Create

      Actual Result: Clicked on create and it re-directs to an empty page Ops! Something went wrong. Needs to refresh to go-back.
      Note: Tag and tag type are created and visible in the Tags page
