Description of problem:
When adding application/s as northbound or southbound dependencies, the selected app is still available in the applications list and can be selected (please see attachment).
Once selecting the same app again, it looks like the application is removed from being a dependency but it is not. Close and reopen the "Manage dependencies" wizard - the application is there as a dependency.

Suggestion:
Remove the application from the drop-down list once selected
