Description of problem:
When logged into Tackle UI as the migrator user (has been set with the "tackle-migrator" role) - the UI displays menus and buttons that the migrator user should not have:
— "Create new" on Application Inventory -> Assessment page
— "Create new" on Application Inventory -> Analysis page
— Top kebab menu on Application Inventory -> Analysis page
— Create/Edit/Delete buttons on the Controls pages
