Steps to Reproduce:
1.Administrator->Credentials->Create new with Type Source Control/Proxy
2. Edit -> change Type or User credentials field

Actual Result: Username and Password shows the previous Type or User credentials data
Expected: Fields should be empty as soon as we change the type or User credentials
