I have attached a video of the problem . It's not reproducible everytime .

1) Create an application.

2) Run analysis .

3) Open Report . Click on Issues and open all issues.

Issues open and show details

4) Leave the report tab open and inactive for sometime (may be 10 min )

Now come back to this tab and click on issues , They do not expand and shoe details.
