Description of problem:
There is no kebab menu on the Application inventory -> Analysis page for a migrator user.
Referring to the kebab menu next to the "Analyze" button, which includes:

• Import
• Manage imports
• Manage credentials

Additional info:
It is there when logged in as an admin and it is also available on Application inventory -> Assessment page
