Credentials are Not available when setting them using migrator user

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in as a migrator user
2. Go to Application inventory -> Assessment
3. Check an application, click on the above kebab menu -> Manage credentials
4. Pick Source credentials/Maven settings -> Save
5. Go to Application inventory -> Analysis and check the application details

Actual result:
Credentials Not available
