UI: Application inventory -> Assessment Tab does not refreshed after copying/discarding assessment

    Description

      Step to reproduce:
      1. Log into Tackle UI
      2. Go to Application inventory -> Assessment
      3. Copy/Discard an application assessment

      Actual result:
      The operation is done, but the UI does not refreshed and need to reload the window
