Analysis: (PSI) The 2nd and on Upload File Request Response with 500

      Create an Application and run an analysis by uploading a file.
      The File is uploaded Successfully and the analysis is completed successfully.

      Run Another Analysis, try to upload a file
      The Request-Responses with 500 (see the attached video and hub log)

      (the 1st analysis can be ff - check the 2nd file upload attempt)

      We are using dedicated NFS shares in a PSI cluster (mig01)

      This is NOT reproducible in minikube using its standard storage class.
