Stakeholder groups: the list is ordered by "Description" when clicking on "Name" sort button

Step to reproduce:
1. Go to Developer menu -> Controls -> Stakeholder goups
2. Sort the stakeholder groups by the "Name"

Actual result:
The stakeholder groups' list is ordered by the "Description" field and not by the "Name" field
