      Step to reproduce:
      1. Go to Developer menu -> Controls -> Stakeholders
      2. Sort the stakeholders by the "Display name"

      Actual result:
      The stakeholders' list is case-sensitive ordered

      Expected result:
      The stakeholders' list should not be case-sensitive
