Analysis : Custom rules are not fired

      1) Create an application.

      2) Upload a binary (attached)

      3)Upload a custom rule (attached ) . It has custom target(called phil)

      • Advanced option screen does not show custom target .It should show phil as target as well .(Screenshot attached )
      • Report generated does not show custom rule being fired .Story points of report is 13 where as from MTA story points are 24

      Note : Same report if generated from MTA shows the custom rule fired .
