According to the TACKLE Enhancements README on GitHub:

If the credentials have been associated with any application, the system will ask for additional confirmation with the following message:
"The credentials are being used by X applications. Do you wish to continue?"

Step to reproduce:
1. Go to Developer menu -> Application inventory
2. Create a new app
3. Attach credentials to this application
4. Go to Administrator menu -> Credentials
5. Delete the associated credentials

Expected result:
Two user confirmation messages should pop up:
1. "This action cannot be undone."
2. "The credentials are being used by X applications. Do you wish to continue?"

Actual result:
The 2nd user confirmation is missing
