Assessment : UI incorrectly shows assessment is in progress after saving an assessment

Steps to reproduce:

1)Run assessment on an application.
2)Make a few selections on the 'Application assessment' dialog before hitting the 'Save as draft' button.

Navigate to the Application inventory->Assessment page and observe that 'Assessment ' column shows 'In-progress' for the application.
