Test Steps:
1. Click on create tag type button.
Fill the required information (Name, Rank and Color) and click on Create
2. Again, click on the create tag type button.
Enter exactly the same name as used in the previous step.
Click on Create button and observe.

Expected Result: Some duplication message .

Actual Result: " Request failed with status code 409 "
