Manage Dependencies: Allows to Add same northbound dependencies and southbound dependencies

1. Navigate to application inventory page and create new application with required details
2. Select Manage dependencies for the particular application
3. Added same northbound dependencies and southbound dependencies

Expected Result: Should doesn't allows you to add already selected northbound dependencies to southbound dependencies

Actual Result: Allows you select same applications in both dependencies
