Deleting a tackle CR instance results in the tackle-hub-bucket-volume-claim pvc getting stuck in the "Terminating" status. The same seems to happen with the tackle-windup-addon-volume-claim.

This has been reproduced in Minikube 1.25.2 with the KVM driver running in Fedora 34.
