Assessment : Application with duplicate name give Error 409

1) Login to TACKLE as admin.

2) Create an application (Ex: app1)

3) Create another application with same name (app1)

Error 409 is shown as in attached screenshot . Cancel button is also disabled to so form cannot be cancelled.

Expected result : Error message : "Duplicate applications or applications with same name cannot be created should be displayed ." . Cancel button should remain enabled.
