Tested Delete operation task for tag type with member (tags) attached.

Test Steps:
1. Created multiple tags under the created tag type.
2. Delete one of the tag
3. Click on Delete button for tag type along with the tags within it and confirm deletion by clicking on Delete pop up.

Actual Result: Clicked on the Delete confirm button. Doesn't delete the tag type and the error message pops-up at the top of the page " Danger alert:Request failed with status code 500 "

Additional Info: We can delete the Tag type if all the tags attached are deleted first without any error.
