As a user deploying Tackle, I want to be able to configure Pathfinder to not require Keycloak and provide unauthenticated access.

Keycloak is quite resource intensive, especially at startup, and it offers no advantage when dealing with a single user deployment running on a laptop, so it would be convenient to have a parameter in Pathfinder that allows to deploy it without requiring a Keycloak access.
