As an Architect/Migrator I want to be able to select the migration source for my application.

Acceptance criteria:

• The source field is optional.
• The user can enter source(s) from the drop down list of shipped (predefined) sources (a consolidated list of all of the sources used within the shipped rulesets).
• The dropdown list will be presented in alphabetical order.
