As a precursor to adding the ability to manage Git, SVN and Maven credentials within TACKLE we need to introduce RBAC. The roles are referenced in the Functional Spec in the context of management of credentials and the use of those credentials.

However we need to also think about the roles in the context of the existing entities and the (CRUD) actions that can be performed on them. This Googlesheet can be used as a vehicle for defining entities
