During application assessment, on page number 6, there is a question as - "Where is the application deployed?", which has one of the option as "Others. Specify in comment field"

On selecting this option, the Save button gets enabled, even if user does not provide any comments.

The expected behaviour in this case is, that the comments field should become mandatory when user selects this option, otherwise it does not makes any sense to select this option.
