Steps to reproduce - 

1. Create a new stakeholder and stakeholder group
2. Create new application
3. Perform assessment of application by selecting stakeholder and stakeholder groups in the step 1
4. Save assessment
5. Delete the linked stakeholder and stakeholder group
6. Edit the application assessment and observe the step 1
7. The stakeholder and stakeholder group are shown as "unknown"

Actual Result - Deleted stakeholder and stakeholder groups appear as "unknown"

Expected Result - There should be nothing visible or an error should be displayed, when user tries to delete the stakeholder or stakeholder group
