As per point 3.1 mentioned in TACKLE-93 - 

"The order of the applications (top to bottom), the y-coordinate, will be based on priority (descending). Applications that have the same priority will be ordered by Application Name ascending."

1. Created two applications and assessed them.
2. Assigned same priority to both of them during review
3. On observing their order in Gantt chart, they don't appear in ascending order of their name

Expected Result - Two applications having same priority should appear in ascending order of their name. As can be seen in screenshot, applications - "php-helloworld" and "Restaurant Dashboard" have same priority of 3. However, in chart, the "Restaurant Dashboard" app appears above "php-helloworld"
