As a Application Inventory / Pathfinder user I want to be able to (re)install the Controls, Application Inventory and Pathfinder applications into my enterprise Kubernetes platform via a community Operator published on operatorhub.io so that I can manage and modernize my application portfolio.

Acceptance Criteria

• The operator must be compatible with vanilla Kubernetes and OpenShift
• It must be possible to use the operator to upgrade to a more recent release of the project via the operator without any loss of customer data/configuration.
