[TACKLE-8] (RFE) Uncheck and check multiple applications at once

For enhanced user experience, a check/uncheck box can be provided for selecting/de-selecting all applications at once.

For a long list of applications if user selects multiple applications, then they would want to uncheck all at once, in order to proceed with assessment of single application.
