[TACKLE-7] Unavailable Tag name search gives 'Unable to connect' error

      Steps to reproduce - In the controls screen -

      1. Go to Tags screen
      2. Select Tag name from filter
      3. Search non-existent tag name by typing it in search box
      4. Observe the result on screen

      Expected Result - The UI should display a user friendly message like - 'Unable to find Tag name or it does not exist'

      Actual Result - The UI displays 'Unable to connect' error owing to 500 response status code returned from search API
