[RFE] Improve validation message for duplicate values

      Control entities' validation for preventing duplication of keys has fixed in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/TACKLE-145

       

      We need to improve validation message rather than printing Error.

       

      For example - "This name is already taken" or "This email is already taken"
