Workload analysis is fast becoming one of the key focus areas for our organisation. Having each project associated with a Service Now (SN) business application ID will allow for a detailed understanding of the current workload types.

A key piece of information that teams will get is a criticality rating for their project. In the future it will be possible to easily report on they workload types, their criticality, and where they are running.
