Description
When using the latest maistra nightly build for 2.1 the smcp installation fails with:
Error from server (BadRequest): error when creating "/home/jenkins/agent/workspace/kiali/install-jobs/install-maistra/to-archive/maistra-cr-istio-system.yaml": admission webhook "smcp.validation.maistra.io" denied the request: support for 3scale has been removed in v2.1; please remove the spec.addons.3scale section from the SMCP and configure the 3scale WebAssembly adapter using a ServiceMeshExtension resource
We need to remove 3scale addon from our smcp templates for 2.1
