      Registry puller is not working in OCP 4.9 and will probably not be fixed.
      We need to update our jobs to use different approach to pull from private registries.

          		 Update UPI/IPI jenkins jobs to also add pull secrets for quay.io/maistra to global secret Sub-task Resolved Major Filip Brychta
