Destroy SearchCriteria and SearchOperation

We need to remove these classes and all associated uses.  The preferred way of doing database queries is to use discreet specification methods (e.g. https://github.com/RedHatInsights/rhsm-subscriptions/blob/main/swatch-core/src/main/java/org/candlepin/subscriptions/db/SubscriptionCapacityViewRepository.java )

We need to refactor and clean up:

• TallyInstanceViewRepository
• TallyInstanceViewSpecification
• HostRepository
• HostSpecification
