InstancesResource#validateBeginningAndEndingDates should only apply the "isBothDatesFromSameMonth" validation to PAYG products.

(We implemented this constraint because we are infering the month's usage to display based on the month being shown on the screen, and we decided to treat multiple months being shown at once as an invalid request).
