      This epic is to create a framework to support auto Prod deployment for rhsm_subscriptions.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • PR checks are green 
      • Auto Stage Deployment are green for API
      • Auto Stage Deployment are green for UI 
      • Auto test Run are green for UI and API in stage
      • Auto deployment to prod is successful
