    Description

      Start by cherry-picking from https://github.com/RedHatInsights/rhsm-subscriptions/tree/bcourt/spring3

      https://github.com/RedHatInsights/rhsm-subscriptions/pull/1655 and https://github.com/RedHatInsights/rhsm-subscriptions/pull/1656 and then resolve issues & update as needed.

      Note sprint boot 2 goes EOL around August 2023.
