      • Turn off nightly sync jobs for subscriptions and offerings, but leave endpoint for manual intervention.
      • Verify that we are receiving notifications for both subscription and contract change. 

       

      QE: New test may be needed? This also requires turning off manual syncing in existing tests.

      Potential test case: Add new eng id to SKU and ensure that capacity is updated correctly (should update in ~1 min). 

      We need to test changes in deny list updates the capacity of account, if we implemented https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SWATCH-710 in future

      This is task to put efforts in verifying everything works as expected based on UMB (without subscription and offering syncing crons)
