Replace the current allowlist with another list of products that swatch should care about. Weigh the following two options and make a recommendation (present and discuss in dev sync). 

• Option 1: Query IT Product Service for all products, filter down to what swatch cares about
• Option 2: Replace our nightly sync of offerings with an on-demand lazy-loading of product definitions.
